I got inspired by a trip to the cold and remote island of Svalbard earlier this winter. I wanted to create an intricate material that would allow for an in depth control of snow coverage. Northern lights were also really fun to make and something I had been wanting to do for a long time.
I also experimented with the TrueSKY plugin.
Textures are part of the Megascans library some of which I actually scanned myself in Svalbard.
